Bundaleer Home Care is ticking all the boxes
The Australian Government’s Aged Care Quality Assessors recently conducted an independent Home Care Quality Audit on Bundaleer Home Care.
We’re delighted to report that our service, in both the Mid North Coast and New England Regions, achieved the maximum possible accreditation of three years, meeting all seven applicable Quality Standards.
Cassie Simadas, General Manager – Independent Living, congratulated every staff member for working together to put clients first. “We are so proud of our team for contributing to such a positive outcome. Everyone, from administration staff to carers and members of our clinical team, should feel a great sense of satisfaction that they are helping clients across Aged Care, Veteran Care and Disability Care remain living independently in their own homes.
